All teleseminar and practice sessions will be recorded and hosted on CCM's Wistia Video hosting service. Trainees can return to view their practice sessions and feedback as often as desired. If a trainee misses a synchronous teleseminar they will be provided with access to a recording of the session missed. Please note that CEU units for ICF associated with this teleseminar series may require attendance at live teleseminars.

Cancellations or refunds are not available if a registrant is unable to attend the live teleseminar sessions scheduled for the cohort for which s/he registered.  Private practice session scheduling has some flexibility. For each practice session one rescheduling is allowed as long as that rescheduling is for a practice time within the same calendar week as the original.

Getting Comfortable with Zoom Platform:

CCM will provide brief tutorial materials for trainees to help familiarize trainees with the ZOOM learning platform.

CCM will also schedule “Tech Test” sessions for each cohort prior to the start of the teleseminar series.

  • Tech Test sessions are an opportunity for trainees to log on to the learning platform and walk through a brief (10-15 minute) live tutorial with one of the CCM training team.
  • It is the responsibility of the trainee to have necessary software and hardware to participate in the teleseminars and practice sessions.
  • It is the responsibility of the trainee to test their equipment to make sure it is sufficient for full participation in teleseminar and practice sessions.
  • CCM will not be responsible for providing technical support for participants during teleseminars or private practice sessions.
  • In the event that technical difficulties make participation unworkable CCM will not refund registration fees. Please visit the Zoom website to review technical requirements prior to registering for a teleseminar series.
  • Government employees should consult with internal technical support for their agencies to determine that access to these learning platforms is possible from work computers or networks.
